Custom Knives and Accessories

This collection features our made-to-order custom knives, handcrafted in our family shop by a father-and-son team.

Each knife begins with reclaimed sawmill steel and is shaped, ground, heat-treated, and finished by hand. These are not mass-produced tools or flawless showpieces. They are working knives built with care, character, and intention—designed to be used, maintained, and eventually passed down.

You can choose a guided Designer’s Choice build or collaborate more closely on specific details like steel, handle material and even accent colors. Either way, every knife is made one at a time, with limited build slots and a lead time of approximately 4–6 weeks.
